Best setup for live call coaching?
I’m trying to set up a way for my trainees to listen in on live calls without buying expensive, dedicated supervisor consoles. Does anyone have a low-cost workaround?

If everyone is in the same room, a simple headset splitter can be a very affordable solution. We used one during training sessions so a trainee could listen to live customer calls without investing in expensive supervisor equipment. It was easy to set up, maintained good audio quality, and worked well for short coaching sessions. For larger teams or remote monitoring, dedicated software may eventually be the better option, but for small businesses or occasional training, this low-cost approach is practical, reliable, and a great way to reduce equipment costs while onboarding new staff.
