Bio

I am a fully qualified and insured Homeopath, Reiki practitioner and Soul Midwife recognised by CNHC as a Reiki public practitioner. I graduated from CPH in 2016 and started training as a Reiki Master in 2020.

I am based in Norwich, in the UK, at a clinic in the city centre and have been seeing patients on-line for both homeopathic and Reiki consultations.

The holistic approach we’re taught at CPH has meant the patients I see receive a combination of homeopathic remedies, flower essences and dietary and lifestyle advice to suit their individual need; where appropriate this can be combined with Reiki treatments as well.

My journey to homeopathy came by way of the Bach Flower Remedies. I was introduced to them as a child to help with the phobia I had developed around having a nut allergy. Not only did I become less fearful but the allergy response reduced too! This was amazing and opened up the way I looked at health and healthcare. My experiences with end of life care were what led me to train as a Soul Midwife – a non-denominational, non-medical, holistic companion to the dying and their loved ones.

I offer Reiki treatments at a local cancer charity called Star Throwers; contribute to the Reiki Association magazine ‘Touch’ and have run events for Reiki and Soul Midwifery in and around Norfolk. I have also run a workshop called Managing Hormones Naturally and talks about supporting conditions such as ME and Fibromyalgia: combining my training at CPH with my experience as a teacher.

I find I learn best when I’m teaching which is why I am so pleased to be supporting students with their learning as part of the CPH team and family!
